excellent - I did not complete the on-line order form correctly and a very pleasant young lady drew my attention to this and put it right for me - with no fuss. Unfortunately one of the 3 main items does not fit properly and I will need to return it, but all the paperwork was with the order and it looks as though it will be easy enough to do.

They are without doubt one of the premier internet retailers. The shipments are almost gift like when they arrive. It is a real joy to buy from them and I will not go anywhere else.
The only point I would like to make is the range is so large, sub catagories would be helpful. Such as Cotton long leg boxers, Short leg boxers, no fly, button fly.
Apart from this they are brilliant.
