excellent information on the website to ensure correct sizing- if this can be done with a complicated item to fit such as a bra why cant other clothes sites do it too? ( eg just including the length of tops)

I usually have difficulty finding a soft cup bra in my size. Many places only have one and I can normally only find white or black. They had a red one and a cream one in my size which was a really pleasant surprise. So of course I got both. I was very pleased.

Customer service is ridiculous. Figleaves screwed up their online pricing and wouldn't honor the order. Offered a $10 coupon for a $50 price difference. They lied to me about the availability of the 2nd item I ordered. They said it was unavailable when it's still available on the site; they screwed up the price on that one too. Both bras are available on the website for a price higher than what the order was placed for, and customer service went from unhelpful to no response at all.
