The site is easy to navigate and find items, so I had no problems there. I would like to see a better range for small women (34AA) - especially in colours other than black and white - I was rather frustrated when my search only revealed these colours for non-underwired 34A consistently.
I was also frustrated that the UK site doesn't stock the same ranges in small sizes as the use site for crop tops etc (e.g. Barely There) and NOTHING in the Jockey for Her underwear line. I would but from US site and take the dealy (as I do for Amazon) but for some reason this isn't an option.
That said, items I did order arrived promptly, were well-packed and met my expecations from the website description and I've been pleased with them.

I was forwarded a £20.00 voucher for the store and made an order for a bra. I was excited about receiving but instead got a snotty email saying that they could not redeem the voucher, They could have had a lot of business from myself and family but their response has ensured that we will never shop there again

After browsing the site I was offered the chnace to enter my email address and receive a £20 voucher of first order. I usedthis voucher and later received an email stating that my order had been cancelled as the voucher I used was not meant for me even though they emaile me the voucher code to MY email address. I will not use this company again!
